Patricia A. “Patsy” Nuse, 83, of Charles Town, WV died Saturday, Sept. 13, 2014 at George Washington University Hospital, Washington, DC.
She was born Feb. 26, 1931 in Charles Town, WV. She was the daughter of Webster Ramey and Virginia Green Ramey Metz.
Mrs. Nuse retired after 45 years from Potomac Edison Company as a Customer Service Representative. She was also a member of the Potomac Edison Forerunners Club.
She was a life -long member of the Asbury United Methodist Church where she was a member of the Susanna Wesley Class and the United Methodist Women.
She graduated from Charles Town High School.
She was a member of the Independent Fire Company Auxiliary.
She is survived by her daughter, Dr. Lyn Nuse, of Concord, NC; nieces, Jane Ochs and husband Dave and Patricia J. Wood and husband Gilbert; nephews, Charles F. Moler and wife Pat and Bruce W. Moler and wife Donna and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry J. “Jack” Nuse who died Feb. 6, 1988 and sister, Louise Ramey Moler.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 19, 2014 at Asbury United Methodist Church, Charles Town, WV with the Rev. Duane Jensen officiating. Interment at Edge Hill Cemetery, Charles Town, WV
Friends will be received from noon to 2 p.m. at the church on Friday.
